What we do for you, the Purchaser:
There are several reasons for transferring property from one owner to another. Commonly, the transfer is a result of a sale and purchase contract negotiated through a real estate agent.
There are 3 separate entities that we as conveyancers bring together to make your property settlement and transfer easy for you, our client.
- The first is the contract to purchase the property
- The second is the contract with the finance institution to borrow money
- The third is a dealing with the Land Titles Office to register your transaction and become the owners

VENDOR INFORMATION
